Paula is a California native whose ancestry includes Mescalero Apache. At age four, she began sensing subtle universal energy force beyond what the natural eye could see. It was the awareness of subtle energy force and experiences with psychic phenomena that drew her towards spirituality.

Paula became an Ordained Minister, from the Universal Life Church, in April of 2006. She received her Medical Hypnotherapy Certification, from Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy. She has been attuned as a Reiki Master/Teacher, in the Usui lineage. She obtained her Asian Bodywork Practitioner certification from Five Branches University.  Her Shamanic training has been in the form of intuitive guidance from dream work, ancestors, spirit guides, power animals, and elders in the community. She is vessel for their wisdom and healing life force.
